Can only spawn vehicles every 2 turns if no light vehicles are left on the battlefield, and can spawn vehicles every 4 turns if vehicles are present on the battlefield
Spawns a maximum of 4 vehicles per 2 turns
Builds: 74-Z Speeder Bike, Century Tank
Cost to Build: 1,200 Credits
Days to Build: 1
