New Feature

I have added a warning status, you have 4 Warnings before you get banned

Warning Stats:

1 Warning | You do something that affects the forum negitivly (i will let this slide if you are in charictor)

Bannings
Ban 1 Day | You loose all of your Warnings over an extended period of time
Ban 4 Days | You loose all of your Warnings in 2-4 Weeks
Ban 1 Week | You loose all of your warnings in 1-2 Weeks
Ban 2 Weeks |You loose all of your warnings in 1 Day
Ban 1 Month | You loose all of your warnings in 1-3 Hours (i will let new players slide)
Ban Indefinetly | You keep loosing all of your warnings at least 3 Times
